Make Due Date default to TODAY instead of last chosen date?

Is there any way to force the default Due Date (when first assigning the date) to show Today's date and not the last date used with the last card you created? I frequently seem to click on the following Tuesday for example, not realizing that is a Tuesday three years from now instead of tomorrow.

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm afraid there isn't a way to force the default due date in the date picker. Right now, the due date is "sticky", in that, the last due date you set on a card is prefilled for the next instance you set a due date on a card.

That said, I do understand that this can seem a little strange as you're setting a new due date on a different card, and I've passed your feedback onto the product team!
