Is this a paid feature? I've been searching for a while and nothing said making templates is a paid feature but my "make template" button is grayed out and I'm not sure why
Thank you for your response! I thought I was an admin which I guess is where my confusion is coming from. I created the team and the board I wanted to make into a template for the rest of my team so I thought I was an admin. Is there another step to being an admin?

No problem Sarah. It depends if you're on Trello Enterprise / Free / Business Class
In a free instance it will be greyed out and say 'upgrade' next to it. You do need to be on a paid version (Enterprise or Business Class) and if you're on an Enterprise subscription, you'll need to be an admin (https://help.trello.com/article/1187-creating-template-boards). Are you using a work Trello account? You might need to ask someone who loos after Trello about becoming an admin.
