We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble exporting your board to JSON. Based on the error message you provided, we can assume that the exportation crashed because your board probably has reached the max number of checklists.
You can view all limits in Trello at https://trello.com/1/resource/limits - you may require a JSON Viewer to help make that information more readable.
But since we're just assuming it, I would like to take a closer look at it. Could you please submit a new ticket with us and select the option “Report a bug”? It would be very helpful to investigate further and report the bug to our development team if this is the case.
