Hi there,
I'm struggling to see how when using Trello you can have a merged view of all your deadlines, from all your boards without exporting to another calendar.
Is this possible in Trello, and if so how?
This is just one step I'm struggling with in getting calendar confluence across Trello, Apple Ical and GCal! Any other tips welcome.
Thanks ahead.
Hi Jessica!
Currently, there isn't a global calendar view within Trello. I'll pass along your request to the team—let me know if there's any additional information you'd like me to share.
For now, you could use the Planyway Power-Up to view due dates from other boards on an individual board's calendar.
Although this would require a third-party calendar, there's also a calendar connector Power-Up from Cronofy that can help you connect multiple Trello boards to your preferred calendar app: https://info.trello.com/power-ups/cronofy
I know an external calendar is not ideal for you, but I wanted to let you know all of your options!
Hi Chris, thanks for this, I will check out the Planyway power up, I had already come across Cronofy.
It seems odd to me that within a Trello account a user can't view their calendars all at once, to see their forthcoming Trello deadlines. If that could be fixed, that would be ace, and a great start. If that merged/global calendar could be exported that would also be great.
My problem is I work as an EA on a PC using Gmail, for someone who works on a Mac using ical. I need to be able to view all their forthcoming Trello deadlines, and personal appointments and, ideally be able to add things. I don't think there is an app that can do this yet.
Finally - why did Trello decide to call their calendar: icalendar...so confusing?!
Anyway thanks for helping me with some steps forward.
Much Appreciated.

@Teddy Is this still the case? Or is there now a way to do this without a third party calendar?
