Mirroring cards with several labels

Can anyone help me with card mirroring? I want to create a card with up to 5-6 labels, and upon creating that card, have a mirror card made with the same card tile but for each label that was added to the main card.

My first thought (and probably the easiest way to go about it) is to have the mirror card created when the label is added to the card. Does that work for your use case?

Seems to want to change the card title to what title of the label is in that case.

You can't change the name of mirror cards at all; that breaks them. Can I see your automation?
