Hi there, I'd love to set up a call with support if possible.
We are a team of 15 full time staff using free Trello. We want to move about 10 full time staff to Premium. My boss (the founder of the business) is already on Premium. We understand that moving team members to her workspace will automatically make them Premium account holders but we still have several questions:
There are excellent Trello consultants here that can help you set it up for your company https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-articles/Trello-Consultants-Right-Here-In-The-Community/ba-p/1983694
Thank you so much!

Hi, @Susie Berry - is this a question about Trello, or Jira Product Discovery? Just checking since it was perhaps asked in the wrong area of the forums and I'd like to move it to ensure it gets the right eyes!

So sorry - yes it's about Trello - my apologies!

Also - do people keep their free account and then only work on certain boards in premium, or does having a premium account mean that the features then apply to their free account?

I believe that when you upgrade, your old boards will then have the premium features enabled. Hoping someone on the Trello side of the house can chime in soon!

Thank you - from what I can see having done a bit of ticking around on my boss' account, the free remains free and only boards in then premium workspace have premium features. Thanks again for your help!
