×Hi Trello Community,
I’ve really appreciated Trello’s evolving interface, but I wanted to share a bit of feedback about the bottom navigation bar (“Inbox,” “Planner,” “Board,” “Switch boards”). While I understand its purpose, it currently overlaps with the scrollbar and can interfere with card management—especially on boards with lots of content.
Does anyone know if they are considering making this bar movable, collapsible, or dockable to another part of the screen? Even just an option to hide it would go a long way in improving usability.
Hi @J_ Gary Myers,
Thank you for reaching out to the Trello Community!
I am happy to know that you like the new Trello interface. We are working to make your Trello experience seamless!
We understand there's always a room for improvement and you are not alone in looking for the feature to reposition the navigation bar.
We have a feature request in place with the development team for the same. You can access it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-1303
Currently, it is gathering interest and the team will look into it.
If you are curious about how our team decides which requests we work on, we have published a blog post with detailed information on this process here: https://blog.trello.com/feature-requests-unite-support-and-product
We are here to help you out.
Thanks & regards,
Lipakshi Narang
Thank you Lipakshi for your follow-up. I do hope that these changes might be implemented, and I'm glad to see that they are under consideration.
Kind regards,
Gary

Hey @J_ Gary Myers,
I would also recommend you visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. When the ticket is updated by our product team, you'll be notified via email.
I encourage you to also vote and comment in the feature request about why this feature is important to you.
Trust me, it makes all the difference when they assess implementing the features! Customer sentiment is the driver most of the time.
Thanks & regards,
Lipakshi Narang
