My butler quota has reached 80%. What happens at 100%

Hi There,

I wonder what happens when you reach the Butler quota limit for that month. Does is charge you with extra costs or does the Butler feature not work anymore.

You won't be charged extra but your rules/command won't run.

Can you confirm what subscription level you have?

If you are close to the limit and this is an infrequent event, you will occasionally get an automatic temporary increase but you can't rely on it.  However, if you contact Trello support, they can give you a temporary increase to ensure automations do run.
