I need to know how to restore the card on my Trello Job Board.

Is it all cards that are missing, or just one? If it's all cards, check to see if you've inadvertently set up a search filter that doesn't match any cards. (If, for example, it says "5 cards" at the top of a list, but no cards are displayed in the list , that's probably the reason.)

May I know if you have tried to login with a different credentials?

Have you accidently deleted the cards and couldn't find the restore options? etc. etc.
