My custom fields recenlty disappeared from my board

Hello there,

I have been using custom fields on a free board for a while now and they recently disappeared from my board. I was told that the feature was no longer available for new boards unless buying a subscription but that it was grandfathered in free boards already using the feature before the change was made. Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? Is there a fix so that I get them back?

Hi Sebastien!

After reading through this thread of a similar situation (you'll need to scroll down a bit to the conversation between milene_langelsag and Anna Saraceno) it sounds like this is an issue that would probably need to be addressed by Trello support which I've linked.

However, if the Power-Up was disabled by you or someone with access to customize your board they are not able to re-enable it.
