My line manager has created a board in Trello, he shared the link. I am not able to access it. My other team members are able to access it, when they clink on the link. I get an error that i am not a member. Can you please check and respond to my email id.

I used to access Trello regularly earlier. Not sure what went wrong now and i am getting a blank screen. If this cannot be rectified, is it possible to delete my existing id and i can get a new access?
