Hi there, 

  1. Log in to Trello and click the Workspaces dropdown at the top of the page
  2. Select the Workspace with the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click the Billing tab
  4. On the Billing tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Cancel Premium” link to downgrade.

This will schedule your subscription to end on your next renewal date and prevent your card from being billed again. Once your subscription ends, our Premium features won't be available for boards within that Workspace.
