Please HELP!! I'm looking for someone who is an absolute Trillo GURU to help build a complete HelpDesk / Support Desk system for tracking, management and email communication with our customers on Trello.

Welcome to the community. I don't think you need a consultant for this, you need Hipporello's Service Desk Power-Up for Trello.
It has everything you need about receiving requests/tickets from customers through forms and emails, follow-up communication with customers from inside Trello cards, a client portal and more. Let me know if you have any questions.
