Hello, for years we have been using the link support (es: URL Protocol) from "Everything Search" in Trello with the following format in makrdown: "[LINKNAME](ES:Keyword)"
Since this week, the automatic support in Markdown no longer works. Is this something new? What can we do to restore it?
Thank you very much for any help!
Hi, Eric!
I tried looking for more information on the issue you're mentioning and found this answer from one of the Trello engineers https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/URL-names-NAME-with-markdown-operator-break-the-link-image/qaq-p/2823240
I recommend checking out if that's relevant and works for you! If not, we can gather more info on the issue and raise a feature request to make the protocol work again.
Thanks Renato for the help, unfortunately the links were not in a list and also not bold, marked. We have now written an extra script that handels the normal links to ES links from Everything and converts them so that we can search for them locally and assign our folder data. But I think it could these changes you linked, because the Markdown was rewritten internally at Trello!
Unfortunately all old links are brolen now and text without targets. sad. :/
Thank you!
