New changes to adjusting the text in the description box

How in the hell do you turn off the new text format.  This has absolutely destroyed all of my created descriptions boxes.  When you copy something from the description box to paste it to an email, the format is an absolute mess.  Trello needs a phone number, this is a joke and this has turned my work upside down, which is the exact opposite of what Trello is suppose to do.

Atlassian don't do 'phone support, it's a massive waste of their time.  They ask people to contact support via raising issues with them directly (and then they'll pick up the 'phone if that's the best way of supporting the customer in each different case)

Most of their applications are supported via https://support.atlassian.com/contact, but Trello also has https://trello.com/contact - use the last option to contact support (the other three will take you to docs or back here to the community) and it will go straight to the Trello support team.
