Hi, Trello has automatically updated to the new version and it is not good at all the previous format was far superior. Can this update be removed as it is taking more time to navigate based on our requirements?
It sucks that the update didn't hit the mark on this aspect for you. To give a bit of context, Trello announced the personal productivity update and went into Beta with the features and changes a few months ago, but some changes, like the left bar, didn't become a big point of feedback until we started rolling out the changes to the general public.
So if you have specific pain points with the update, we can try to work with those through updates or helping you navigate through the new UI and features.
The biggest pain for me is the fact the when you open a card the layout and format are completely different and nowhere near as good as before. I really don't understand why the change was necessary to the card format. This takes longer to navigate and I lose efficiency because of this. Can the old update be added in settings so I can change my boards back, please.
