No card buttons in the new version?

We rely heavily on card button automations for managing workflows in our setup. I have recently switched to the new version and there no visible buttons in the cards. i have checked that all buttons are enabled and visible (they still work for users on the classic view), but cannot see anyway to enable at user level?

All your automation buttons are still available in the new updates we've released for Trello; any of your users who're seeing the updated Trello can access these by clicking on the Automation button at the bottom of any Trello card:

where is located? I cant find mine

It makes no sense to integrate an Automation like a Button that is supposed to save you clicks and then hide it in the floating menu which takes you two additional clicks to get to your button. I hope you will overthink this, it ist just really bad in UX
