I am not able to log into another Trello account I have under a different email address. When entering my password, it says I have been sent a verification code, but I never receive it at that address. When I request a password reset link, I never receive it either. I have checked spam and sent myself test emails, so I can confirm that I am receiving mail but there doesn't seem to any way to contact support. Please assist?
If you've checked all possible email adsresses including spam/junk folders, I suggest contacting Atlassian directly here: https://support.atlassian.com/
Let's hope they can solve this issue.

Thanks for your response, however, there doesn't seem to be a way to contact Atlassian directly via that link. When attempting to submit a ticket, I'm either directed to how-to guides or the Atlassian Community, hence my post here.
