I work in a charity. Previously, my team and I were on a 1-month trial version of Trello's Premium plan to experience the benefits before coming to a decision on whether we would invest. We have seen the merits of it and would like to upgrade to a Premium plan.
However, when we click on the 'Upgrade now' button, we keep getting directed back to the Billing page.
Is this bug-related? If not, we'd really appreciate if someone from the Trello team could reach out as we need to get back onto the Premium plan soon as possible.

I'm from the Trello Product team - I've created a ticket with Support for you so we can troubleshoot. That does sound like it could be a bug, so knowing which Upgrade button you're hitting will help us track it down.
