I am using the free version and we currently only have 8 users. However, when I try to invite a new user, it is displaying a message that we already have 10 users and need to upgrade to the paid version.
I figured out the issue. There were 2 members that were not members of the Board, but were members of the workspace. I deactivated them, and it solved the issue.
