Only some email notifications being recieved/sent

A colleague is member of a board and a member of a card. She has her notifications set up being emailed instantly. For weeks now, she's not being getting some of ther notifications.

On Tuesday, 3 comments were added to the card (1 didn't at-tag her, 1 was @card and 1 she was a number of people at-tagged in the third one.

On Wednesday, she was at-tagged in 4 comments and she didn't get emails for any of them.

What can we do to make sure she gets all the notifications?

This is a tough one, because notifications can be difficult to troubleshoot without the specific account in question.

 

If some notifications are coming through, we know it's not an email problem. Typically, I'd say she's not meeting the full conditions to trigger a notification, but I'm not sure in this case.

Your colleague is a member of or watching this card? If so, she should have received all of them. If not, she'd only receive the last one.

 

The other thing to keep an eye out for is that Trello won't generate the email notification if the notification is read in Trello right away. If you have the card open, for instance, or otherwise acknowledge the notification, no email will be sent.
