We can't log into our account as the original email that setup the account is no longer in use and we have no other way of getting into the account. Does anyone know a way around this?

For this topic seems like you would need to contact Atlassian Support for help. I strongly recommend contacting them directly through here: Atlassian Support. But in case you cannot contact them, I have marked this question as a request for the Atlassian Team to support you.

What is the site URL of your product within your organization? How do we get this if we can't sign in?

If you can't sign in to Trello maybe you still have Trello invites to join your company's site.
Sometimes, the Site URL is included in team invitation emails or shared documents within the company, which leads me to the other suggestion, maybe you can find it in you're company's documentation.
The Site URL should look a bit like this.
https://trello.com/[workspace-name]
Or for team workspaces, it might be https://trello.com/[team-name]
