Our Trello Admin is no longer an employee with the company. How do we designate a new Admin?

We have a Trello Board where the Admin is no longer with the company.   

1) I am the IT Project Manager who is trying to define Workspaces and adding the appropriate board(s) but I can't because I'm not the designated Admin. 

2) And how can an outdated project board be deleted?

I'm almost sure that you have to be the admin..but you can always email Trello Support (support@trello.com).

I've had a couple issues that have been resolved within a couple days.

They're pretty good at resolving issues quickly.
