Permissions - can't edit boards

I wanted to ask about permissions. I'm using free version, I created new team, I added there some boards and put there tasks, but only me as administrator can edit this tasks, other people who are team members can only watch this boards, without edit it. Is this because it's free version or can I change it in settings?
Visibility of board is Private, there is signed that people who joined to this board are allowed to edit it but it's not working. Could help me with this please?

Hi Agata,

It sounds as though you have added users to the team that board is a part of, but they are not yet members of the board in question. You'll need to add them to that board before they can edit and add cards on those boards. You can invite each user by clicking on Invite and searching for them on the board menu.

To be clear, being a team member allows you to see boards and members associated with that team, but does not automatically give editing access to individual boards.
