Personal and business account

I used Trello for personal reasons and upon accepting an invite to join Trello for work by a colleague I suddenly lost access to my personal account. How can I retrieve this and is it possible to have both a personal and business account for Trello? I looked it up and the process seems quite cumbersome and not very userfriendly. I loved Trello but this is a major drawback!

You can absolutely have a personal and business Trello account!
