Planyway + Trello dates won't stay connected, keep changing.

Exact happenings:
Add Start/End date on card in Trello 4/1-4/15; Planyway shows 4/15-4/29.

Correct date on Planyway; Trello card auto changes from 4/1-4/1.

Repeat.

Hi Rebecca,

My name's Tania, I'm a customer support manager at Planyway, and I'll be glad to explain.

Trello used to have only the due date for their cards, and they've released the start date very recently. That's why Planyway and Trello cards can be linked by the due date only for now. But we'll be moving towards mapping both dates, that's certain.

It seems that at the moment you have due date in Trello linked to the start date of cards in Planyway. If you'd like to change it, please go to Settings and change Link Due Date to - for cards without a particular time added, and Link Due Time to - for cards with added due date and time.

Hm. Okay. This is truly upsetting.

So, the only reason I purchased Planyway, the visual timeline, that you advertise, doesn't work. ?
