Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way I could set myself permanent time slots, or something similar to a numbered list, that I could move cards in and out of. We have cards we put up for set times and sometimes there is confusion, it would be really nice to have said time preset and immovable in the Trello board, that way our employees can add a card to the selected time and remove with ease

Hi @Simon Pope

Welcome to the Community!

I don't think I fully understand what it is you're trying got accomplish. But I don't think it's entirely possible. There are no list or card-level permissions with Trello. If users have access to the board they have access to everything. There wouldn't be a way to make cards immovable. The exception to this is if you have Trello premium, which lets you add users to your board as observers, setting them up with essentially read-only access to a board, but again it's an all-or-nothing approach.

There are a lot of things you can do with Trello automation, including triggering card moves or removal from the board when a due date expires. So you could possibly incorporate some of what you're looking to do.
