Power ups and other users

I want to add power ups to my board, but i want to be the only one that can access them. e.g. time tracking, i want to add it to my board so i can log time against tasks, but what do other users see? can they also log time etc? i use trello so my client can posts tasks, but i want to be the only one that can see / log time.

If you add power-ups to the board, everyone on the board will be able to access those power-ups. 

Best solution i can think of is to use the Private Notes Power-Up, which as far as i know will only let you see what's input there.
