Problem with sign up screen

I just signed up for Trello after watching a video on using it to write a novel. The first screen asked me to pick one of three structures. I was not expecting that, and am not familiar with the jargon. I picked the left-most screen, but I think the middle one is what I wanted. The video showed lists going across and tasks to put in lists, etc. How can I start over? Is the second one better for organizing a novel? The Third? Is there a place for definitions?

I have reviewed your account, and it appears that you have successfully signed up. I can see that you currently have two open boards in Trello. Could you please confirm if everything is working fine on your end now?

Within each board, you have the ability to create lists and add cards. Could you let me know what you’re seeing on your end? If you’re facing any issues or need assistance getting started, I’d be happy to help!
