In the new Trello, power-up buttons are tidily nestled here:

That's not "tided" .. that's embedded in an extra layer of menu. There were tidy before.

@Michael Stephenson This is a community forum designed to help people.  The person who asked the question has accepted the answers provided, so I have to assume they are happy with the answer.   

In the spirit of the community, please can you stop hijacking other peoples questions to voice your current gripes with Trello. 

Firstly, it is very unlikely to do anything to help your cause.   Secondly, it is not helping the people here who genuinely want to see their questions answered.

That's a weird comment coming from you. You seem to be highjacking everyone's comments giving feedback about the UI update, to paassively imply they are wrong.

There is a new cardback layout that was just released. All PowerUp buttons including "Card Repeater" are now accessible from the leftmost button on the bottom island (see image below) https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/new-card-back/
