Access to power-ups

I have 5 different boards. There are some boards that have certain power ups and some that don't. When I try to enable the power-ups that I already have on a new board it asks me to upgrade again. I already have use of that power-up on another board.

@Saba HaneefIf you have the free Trello version, you are limited to three Power-Ups on a board.  It doesn't matter if you have this specific Power-Up on another board.

@marc -Collabello--Phase Locked-, I'm not able to add a third power up on any previously created board. It allows me to create a new board and add only one power up, nothing else after that. On one previously created board I have 6 power ups, shouldn't that have upgraded me?
