When I create an Subtask I want to add more than 1 member/user to the card.
This seems only possible when I go into the "Child Card"
is there a way add more users to a subtask card when creating the subtaks?
@QC QC By subtask I believe you are talking about the checklist. If that is the case then I am afraid to say that is expected:
Why can’t I assign more than one person to a checklist item? You can only assign one person to an advanced checklist item. Advanced checklists are more about accountability and finer granularity. If multiple people are assigned, there’s less accountability and more confusion about who’s supposed to be doing what. If more than one person need to do a particular task we suggest creating separate checklist items for each individual. That way, every person will see the task in ‘Your Items’ and can mark their contributions complete when they’re done! |
Not sure if this is considered a "checklist item"
But I create "child card" with the subtasks.
But if it is not possible than we will do a work around. since I am able add more when opening the child card

@QC QC Yes that is a checklist item and you can only assign it to a single person. As a best practice consider checklist items the smallest work item which can only be assigned to a single person for better accountability. So if you have a task which needs to be assigned to two people then make it smaller and split it into two checklist items(subtasks) and assign to each person.
