Automation to add a label to all cards due this month, as the month changes?

I can't find a way to do this, but basically I have a year mapped out on a trello board, all with due dates, and I want all cards with a due date 'this month' to have a label removed and a new label added, as 'this month' hits. Is that possible?

I was hoping to use the scheduled automation but label edits isn't an action on there. 

And for due date automation, there isn't a trigger for 'on the month' a card is due
