I currently use Copper as our CRM system. It works great but the card functionality in Trello seems to give us a better perspective on what is actually happening. Does anyone use Trello as a CRM system instead of something like Sales Force or Copper?

Hello
I use Trello as CRM recently, but I need a function like a schedule planer for visit to costumer. This is possible in other app, Portatour.
In may board, every target is a costumer and I visit it with a frecuency, besides I need to fix a job schedule: hours, days, priority and ubicaction to make my schedule visits.
Would it be possible?
Currently I use advance checklist to use several dates but it isn't enought
Let me know about a powerd-up or an specific workflow.
Thanks in advance

Hi Borja. I guess the best way to schedule visits is to use Trello's automations. If your schedule is based on a fixed frequency like 5 days after every visit, you could create an automation where every time you mark a due date as completed (this would be the trigger), you could automatically create another due date for 5 days later (this would be the action). This may solve your recurring visits scheduling needs. Are you using Crmble to manage your clients/leads in Trello? Cheers!

Thanks for your answer.
I need different frequencies for every group of clients. I don't know who a trigger can do that.
I use a target like a customer file, where I enter all information: contacts, tasks, future visits, conversation, etc.... I am the only user on my board, I don't share anything with anyone.
I need to plan the number of visits per day, based on hours of work, days off, vacations etc, Portatour has a great solution for that.
Currently, I try the free Crmbel version, but I think it isn't for me because I don't need the reports or dashboard.

I don't think I would use Trello for a CRM solution, have you tried Insight? It's terrific!
Cheers,
Melo
