Can i have a discount as a Trello API developer (I need account only for tests)?

I have a project that provides access to the Trello API through Kotlin DSL. But I can’t do certain tests because I don’t have a business class account and I don’t have enough money to buy it.

Is "repeat re-trial" still a good way for development-only purposes (say Standard would do the job for me) now with the new pricing scheme?
