Can't access the Boards

Hi all, my Manager shared her Trello boards with me. But none of the boards is accessible to me. The error message is: There was an error loading your Workspaces and You can also access your boards and Workspaces from home. 

Would you pls give me tips on how to fix this issue? Thank you!
