Can't create boards and can't edit existing boards

Hi, I have a weird one. I am a paying Trello Gold customer. However, if I want to create a new board, a red bracketi with white letters appear on the top right corner, saying UNABLE TO CREATE BOARD.

I've used trello a few months back, so I have 2 existing boards. If I want to add anything to an existing list, like adding a new card, as soon as I click on Add Card, whatever I've written just disappears. Please help!

This sounds like a bug - no reason that I can think of that behavior should be occuring. Try emailing support@trello.com
