To setup a ticketing system for our employees we need something like a personalized email, we currently have helpdesk@companyname.com but for Trello I'm only seeing long string email addresses. Can they be personalized?
Your requirement sounded similar to a UK client that receives bookings via emails from 3 sources going to Trello. I recommended that you use filter to forward the emails. That way the email to board is used in the background.

As already mentioned, it is not possible with the native Trello Email-to-Card or Email-to-Board feature. With our Power-Up however, you can configure a custom email address. This means that you can configure the sent "From" and the "Reply-To" address. You can read more about that here.
