Cannot add image to Trello Card

When dragging an image file from my computer explorer window over to my Trello card, it gets stuck on Processing and then I get a little yellow error popup in the lower-left corner of the screen.  There is no error code.  I've disabled adblock, I've given the page a full on refresh, I've reset my browser (Chrome) and nothing.  I cannot upload through the upload button as it freezes my browser up.  I hope you all can help!

Hi there, you should be able to drag and drop images when you have a card open in Trello. Can you raise a ticket with Trello Support if you're still having issues? https://trello.com/contact

Cannot drag and drop without the error, confirmed on both Edge and Firefox.  I'll make a ticket, thanks!

@Alex W I have the same problem in Safari. All of a sudden I cannot add attachments to cards. Is there a limit on file size now?

@Alison Casha Please raise this with Trello Support so we can go through the specifics of your case. 

There has always been a limit for free users - they can only upload files less than 10MB, but until we go through the specifics we won't know if that applies to you and. your issue.
