Cant add people to specific tables

We have a big worspace with 8+ tables. I am admin on workspace but i cant join specific tables(to add cards, make comments, etc) and other users too. Can only see the table.

Tried to add manualy, throught links - still no changes.

The problem is - i cant add to specific boars(2 tables), other tables is working perfectly.

Hey @v.slupko - by tables I'm assuming you mean boards, correct?

What is the error message you're receiving when you try to add someone to one of your boards?

Hi! Yes, i mean boards.

That is the case, no errors, no messeges, nothing. Its just doesnt work.

When trying to add through email, it sends mail but still cant join table.

@v.slupko - can you elaborate on what you mean by 'doesn't work'? In order to assist here, we'll need some kind of screenshot or screen recording to understand the issue you're facing.

I`am administrator of our working space. Im in 4 our boards as admin. But there is board where even I - admin cant join to work in it, I can just look at it.

There no buttons for me to join. Other admins cant add me to this board as a worker. Same with other users in our Working Space.

Hi @v.slupko - can you please raise this as a ticket at https://trello.com/contact - the screenshots you've provided have personal info in them that I don't think should be shared over the Community and we'll need further detail such as the URL of this board you can't join in order to assist.

If you could send info such as the URL of the board you want to add people to, and the usernames of the people you're struggling to add in that ticket (not here), that would be great. On top of this, we may need you to send full screen screenshots, and it would be helpful if you could turn Trello to English when these screenshots are sent.
