Hi @林庆涨 - sounds like you'd want to set up an automation for this, but we can't give specific advice without looking at your board, and how you consider a card to be 'done'. You could set up an automation to:

• Archive cards once they enter a certain list
• Archive all the cards in a certain list every day/week/month/etc.
• Archive cards when a due date is marked as complete

and many other possibilities.

I recommend having a play with Trello automation to see which works best for you.

I want to complete a task when the expiration date marked by the employee is intact, and then file the card once a week, can I do it?
