Change the Admin

Hi,

would like to check about following issues:

1.If we can change the Admin 

2. we need the invoice for 10 people but currently it shows 7! could you please check the status and reply back.

Hi @PRINCESS - welcome to the Community.

We cannot solve either of these issues for you in the Community.

If you need to change the admin of a board or workspace, your best bet would be to reach out to the current admin and ask them to make that change for you.

If you're being billed for seven people, this is because you have seven billable users in the workspace you upgraded.

but the current admin actually wants to change her position to be given to someone else at the moment and does not know how to do that! where we can find the process? any clue?!
