Charging fees, but you can't talk to a human

I've spent the day organising Trello ahead of the coming charges being announced.

It seems poor to me that we can't ask questions of someone who works at Trello.

Will this change (does Trello / Atlassian plan to provide paying customers with some way of speaking to staff or will we have to rely on a 'community')?
