Hello! We are planning to upgrade to a paid plan for our users, but we see there are some confusing translations in Spanish.
Will be be able to suggest more adequate translations?
Are the support team responsive? Can we expect quick turnaround of the suggested improvements?
Thanks! Cheers
Hello Pablo,
Welcome to the community!
If you come across any specific errors in the translations, please let us know. Are there particular sections you'd like to highlight, or do you feel that the translations, in general, are not meeting expectations? If you could provide some examples, I would be more than happy to reach out to the translation team to suggest the necessary changes.
Thank you for your input!
Kind Regards

Hello! Great!
Yes, of course, I'd like to help with the Spanish translation!
The truth is that I searched briefly in the help and support and I didn't understand how to do it, that's why I only wrote in this community.
The most annoying thing is that in the notifications it says ‘You have changed the expiry date’ when in fact it was someone else who changed the date. In Spanish it says: ‘Has cambiado la fecha de vencimiento’ but it should say: ‘Ha cambiado la fecha de vencimiento’.
Similarly, "Has adjuntado ...." should be "Ha adjuntado ..." when someone attachs a file.
I don't remember any other bad or not so good translations at the moment.
