Different immediate account deletion

Hello, I'm needing an account deleted immediately (not this one), because I need to switch this account to the email address of the account that needs deletion. I have set the account to delete, but it is pending for 30 days and that doesn't work for us. I need that account deleted immediately, but I can't successfully send a support ticket (and even when I try I have to do it as a "Billing" question instead of an "Account Issues" question because Account issues doesn't even give me the option to submit a request....at least billing I can click a submit button and get the message that it didn't go through).

Also there doesn't appear to be any phone customer service.

This community is mostly comprised of Atlassian customers like you (and me). It's a peer network where we help each other out to the extent that we can. I.e., you're not talking directly to the Atlassian support team when you post here 🙂

For issues like this one, you'll need to contact Atlassian directly. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you open a support ticket with the Trello account/billing team.

Thanks! But yeah, as mentioned in my post I have not been able to successfully open a support ticket...and even if I could I would have to do it through their "Billing" which isn't accurate.

One of the reasons for this is that I don't want to reactivate the account that is pending deletion (in case I just have to wait the full 30 days, I don't want to restart that 30 days), so I have to submit it without being logged in (since this account I'm posting from really really should not be deleted and I don't want them confused). This gives me less options when trying to put in a support ticket. The only one that even allows me to get to a submit button is "Billing" and that errors out...all morning.
