Dropbox folders not showing on tablet

Tom Cleaver April 10, 2020

Hello, I have been using Trello for a while now and use it to connect to Dropbox to show various files within a folder. This has all been working really well until recently I find that when using a tablet the folders are not been displayed. I just get a blank space below Dropbox Folders. When using the same board on my laptop all folders are displayed and I don't have this problem...

I have also noticed that older cards within the board still displays the Dropbox folders on the tablet. But anything that has been created in the  last month or two does not. Very strange and also frustrating.

I have attached a screen shot from both the tablet and laptop.

Has anyone got any thoughts on this?

Kind regards

Hi Tom!

Right now, the only Power-Ups fully available for our mobile apps are the Calendar, Voting, Map, Card Aging, List Limits and Custom Fields Power-Ups. We're planning to bring more Power-Ups to mobile in the future, although we're not able to share an ETA for when specific Power-Ups will be available.

Can you still see those dropbox folders on old cards? And if yes, can you send a screenshot?

Hi Vini,

Many thanks for your response. When using Trello on the tablet I am not using the mobile app, I am using it through the web browser (same for the tablet as for the laptop). The screenshots I have sent show the difference, in that the laptop shows the dropbox folders and the tablet just has an empty space.

I should say that occasionally the folders on the tablet do appear, however this is not often. They generally appear on older cards, but very inconstant and infrequent on newer cards.
