Due cards from different views in one calender view?

Eva Strehler August 2, 2025

Hi there,

within the board planners, I can only see due cards of the respective boards.

How can I automatically get all boards' due cards to the calender/ an overall planner to see all due cards at a glance?

Thank you!

Eva

I've just discovered the Planyway power-up - that seems to serve our purpose

Far as I can tell, due dated cards do not appear in the Planner automatically.

You're supposed to drag cards from whatever board in there, to have them show up as "Focus" items.

Planner in fact is Workspace level, yet you're not meant to use it as a due date planner but as a "personal" planner--I don't know, only all of us would have expected otherwise, but well...

The board Calendar "view" (found at the top of each board, with Timeline and Dashboard etc.) does indeed only show the calendar for that board. It's the only thing that makes sense.

You might want the other Calendar view!

  1. go to any board
  2. access the board switcher
  3. select the workspace you need
  4. scroll down to Workspace views
  5. select Calendar
  6. (filter for required boards at the top right)
  7. (save as a custom view if needed)

Yeah, that's not exactly where you'd want an easy workspace-wide planning feature (maybe that could go in the Home page, huh?) but hey, it's Atlassian.

I think sometimes no one there actually uses Trello.

:-D You might be right!!

Thanks for your answer and explanation - the most important part for me here is that I'm not too stupid to use it ...

Thanx!
