I had been added to a send board where we were able to have our email account coming into our board so everything is centralised. This worked and I would open a card and have the option of clicking the Red Email Button to respond to emails. And now it has disappeared - I have checked that the power up is still working, have refreshed the pages, have move the card back to a board that had previously allowed me to send emails but all to no avail.
Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to resolve?

May know which Power-Up you're referring to? The Power-Ups differ on who developed them. If it's "Made by Trello", we can help you troubleshoot the issue. If it's made by a separate company, I highly recommend that you reach out to their dedicated support team.
As these are maintained by third party software, we don't work directly with them so any questions regarding these Power Ups are best addressed by their own support team.

Hi Mat,
Thank you so much for your response! I believe the powerup is a Trello Power Up - how ever after two days of no access to emails via Trello, is has now re appeared, we have no idea why as I hadn't changed anything, but are glad to be back in the game.
