Hello !
Can you indicate an application that allows me to write and take notes by hand with the pen?
I use both the Surface and the Samsung Tablet S3

Trello itself does not support taking handwritten notes with a Stylus. However, feel free to check if your preferred app can "share" your handwritten note to Trello. Also, if you can send your handwritten note via email, you can use your email to board email address to get the note into Trello: https://help.trello.com/article/809-creating-cards-by-email

Hi I think I'll have to do this ...
I use the Inkredible app
Sending the handwritten note by e-mail to the e-mail address of the form
Then if I have to change it, return to Inkredible, update it and send it back
