Help needed! Trello synchronization does not work on iOS app

Hi, for while now my iPhone Trello app is not synchronizing recently added/ changed cards.

It makes working both on desktop app and phone app a real pain and I am already looking for alternatives.

Have you faced this problem? Do you know ANY solutions?

Ps. My trello app is updated to the newest AppStore versionIMG_0005.png

Hi! I'm on the iOS team and this is an ongoing issue we are actively investigating, but have yet to identify a way to reproduce. We would be very grateful if you help us get some more details:

  • Are there any items in your sync queue with a red error message on them?
  • Approximately how many items are in the queue?
  • Can you add a screenshot from account -> developer tools -> diagnostic reports for me?

I am answering your questions below.

  • Are there any items in your sync queue with a red error message on them?

I have not noticed any red error message in the sync queue

  • Approximately how many items are in the queue?

24 items at the moment. It varied in the past but the synchronization seems to stop completely for a few days now.

  • Can you add a screenshot from account -> developer tools -> diagnostic reports for me?

I made a couple of screenshots and I am attaching it here.

Please let me know, if you need any more screenshots/ information!

So from your diagnostics I'm seeing a lot of timeouts and network connection lost. Can you try:

- Attempting to sync with your device only on cellular data (wifi off)

- Attempting to sync with your device only on wifi (cellular data off, can do this by turning on airplane mode but keeping wifi on)

- Using a different wifi network than you have been using

 

Also, if you update to our beta version of the app by joining through TestFlight, there is a version (2025.14) coming in a few days that will add additional logging specific to the sync queue to these diagnostic reports.
